This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to purchases made through The Pickleball Experience.

1. Pickleball Retreat & Clinic Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because our events require advance commitments to coaches, venues, hotels, and logistics, the following cancellation policy applies to all pickleball retreats, clinics, and training experiences.
Cancellation Terms
If a player cancels their registration for any reason, the following refund policy applies:
30+ days before event start date
• 90% refund
OR
• 100% credit toward a future Pickleball Experience event
15–30 days before event start date
• 75% refund
OR
• 100% credit toward a future Pickleball Experience event
8–14 days before event start date
• No refund
• 50% credit toward a future Pickleball Experience event
7 days or less before event
• No refund or credit
Credits must be used within 12 months of the original event date.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
2. Event Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another participant with prior approval from The Pickleball Experience.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation by The Pickleball Experience
In rare circumstances, The Pickleball Experience may need to cancel or reschedule an event due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Weather
• Venue issues
• Travel disruptions
• Safety concerns
• Insufficient registration
If an event is cancelled by us, participants will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• Full credit toward a future event
The Pickleball Experience is not responsible for additional expenses such as airfare, travel costs, or accommodations booked separately.
4. Merchandise Returns (If Applicable)
If you purchase physical merchandise from The Pickleball Experience website, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Items must:
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalized or custom items
• Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
• Items damaged due to misuse
5. Returning Merchandise
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning merchandise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
6. Gift Returns
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
